Hadar was born in 1989 in Jerusalem and grew up in Haifa, Israel. 2013-2016: She graduated from "Yoram Levinstein Actor's Studio" in Tel Aviv. During her studies she started shooting for the Television and cinema including the film "Beyond the Mountains and Hills" directed by Eran Kolirin, in the role of Shahar (Kolirin also directed the award-winning film at the 2007 Cannes Festival "The band's visit").
2016-2019: She played in the theatre in the play "From the other side", adapted from Edgar Keret's book- "Kneller's Happy Campers" directed by Lina Snir Naharin, in the role of Lihi (Tzavta Theatre - Tel Aviv), "Dona Gracia" directed by Uri Omanuti, as Anna (Goshen Theatre), "A battle on an autumn day"- a rap musical show, by Alon Levi & Itay Turgeman, as Shunit (Haifa Theatre).
Hadar shot for Netflix in "When Heroes Fly" directed by Omri Givon, in the role of Sivan (Best 2018 series at the "Cannes series" festival) and for series "Doctor Courage", directed by Nahed Bashir, in the role of Naama. 2020-2021: She shot for the series "Losing Alice" directed by Sigal Avin in the role of Daniella (Apple tv) and for the cinema in the film "king of Kathinone" directed by Uri Marantz in the role of Limor. She created & played the theater show "Au premier temps de la valse" with Alexandre Ruby (Kula member) performed at the French institute, Tel-aviv (IL).

הדר נולדה בשנת 1989 בירושלים וגדלה בחיפה. 2013-2016: בוגרת הסטודיו למשחק מייסודו של יורם לוינשטיין, במהלך לימודיה הצטלמה לטלוויזיה ולקולנוע, בין היתר לסרט "מעבר להרים ולגבעות" בבימויו של ערן קולירין (ביים גם את הסרט עטור הפרסים בפסטיבל קאן 2007 "ביקור התזמורת") בתפקיד שחר.
2016-2019: הדר שיחקה בהצגה "מהצד השני", עיבוד לספרו של אתגר קרת - "הקייטנה של קנלר" בבימויה של לינה שניר נהרין (צוותא - תל אביב) בתפקיד ליהי," דונה גרציה" בבימויו של אורי אומנותי (תיאטרון גושן),"קרב ביום של סתיו "- מופע ראפ מוזיקלי, מאת אלון לוי ואיתי תורג'מן, בתפקיד שונית (תיאטרון חיפה).
הדר הצטלמה לסדרה "בשבילה גיבורים עפים" בבימויו של עומרי גבעון, בתפקיד סיון (זוכת פרס הסדרה הטובה ביותר לשנת 2018 בפסטיבל קאן). כמו כן הצטלמה לסדרה "דוקטור קוראז'" בבימויו של נאהד באשיר, בתפקיד נעמה. 2020-2021: הצטלמה לסדרה "לאבד את אליס" בבימויה של סיגל אבין, בתפקיד דניאלה (אפל טי וי). ולסרט הקולנוע "מלך החגיגת" בבימויו של אורי מרנץ. הדר יצרה ושיחקה במופע "בקצב הוואלס הראשון" עם אלכסנדר רובי (גם הוא חבר ב"קולא") במכון הצרפתי בתל אביב.
