Von 1998 an am Marstalltheater in München, folgte er Elisabeth Schweeger an das schauspielfrankfurt. Zusammenarbeit u.a. mit Wanda Golonka, William Forsythe & Christoph Schlingensief. Seit 1998 eigene Projekte, u.a. „Quadrat" (Gasteig München), „pathos 2000", ein Theater-Experiment mit Club, die Videoperformance „Radio Noir", schauspielfrankfurt. "KulTooor - das EM-Studio“ in der Lothringer 13. Seit 2006 eigene Bühnenräume. 2010 gründet er mit Florian Hoermann das Institut für Glücksfindung. 2015 – 2019 ist er gemeinsam mit Tom Biburger Geschäftsführer der mucca (munich center of community arts) im Kreativquartier-München. 2020-2022 leitet er gemeinsam mit Lara Schubert, Jennifer Zoll und Robert Spitz das Theater dasvinzenz in München und hat heute eine Dozentenstelle an der Athanor Akademie in Passau.
